Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which:

you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods, if you ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together;

or

you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the final item, if you ordered several items in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can do this by email at:

You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, this does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your notice that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until:

we have received the goods back, or

you have provided proof that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the day on which you informed us that you wished to withdraw from the agreement.

The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 30-day period has expired.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
